Can a non-resident issue a Dubai property POA?

Yes. You can sign at home through the attestation chain, or notarize remotely by video with a licensed Dubai Notary Public. We manage the Dubai side either way.

How long is a property POA valid?

A sale POA must generally be issued within two years of being used at the DLD Trustee Centre; other types differ. We will confirm the exact window for your case.

Will the sale money come to me or my attorney?

To you. Under current DLD rules the manager's cheque must be in the title-deed owner's name; your attorney can sign and register but cannot receive the funds.

Does it have to be in Arabic?

It must be in Arabic or bilingual to be accepted. MOJ-approved Arabic translation is included.
