Dubai · Corporate POA

Corporate Power of Attorney in Dubai, keep the business moving.

Delegate company formation, government filings, banking or signatory authority to someone you trust — without flying every director in. We prepare it, align it to your trade licence and resolution, and route it to a licensed Dubai Notary Public.

What it covers

Authority to act for your company — exactly where you define it.

A corporate POA lets a manager, partner, PRO or lawyer act on specific matters — formation, licensing, banking, contracts, HR, government, court. We scope it to your company's objects so it holds up.

What makes it different

A company POA has a few more moving parts.

Unlike a personal POA, a corporate one is issued under a resolution, must sit within your licensed objects, and is signed by your authorized signatory. Here is how it assembles.

It assembles from
  1. Board / shareholder resolution

The company formally resolves to grant the POA — the notary may ask to see it first.

  2. Trade licence + MOA

The powers must sit inside your company's licensed objects — they can't exceed them.

  3. Authorized signatory

Signed by the person your documents name as authorized to bind the company.

One notarized corporate POA

We make the resolution, trade licence and powers line up before a licensed Dubai Notary Public sees it — so it holds up at the DED, free zones, banks and Dubai Courts.

For directors & shareholders abroad

Directors and shareholders abroad? We've got it.

You don't need to fly the whole board in. We handle it two ways and manage the Dubai side throughout.

Remote notarization by video

Where the law allows, the signatory notarizes remotely with a licensed Dubai Notary Public over a secure video call, then the POA is issued with a verifiable QR.

Sign in the home country

We guide the attestation chain for an overseas signatory — notary → MOFA → UAE embassy → MOFA in Dubai → Arabic translation.

An honest note: a beneficial owner’s physical presence may still be required to open a corporate bank account, even when the POA is notarized remotely. We flag what each step genuinely needs.

Corporate POA

Your questions, answered.

Usually yes. A corporate POA is issued under a board (or shareholder) resolution, and the notary may ask to see it before notarizing broad powers. We help you align the resolution with the powers you want to grant.
