What your attorney can do on the sale.

A focused set of powers — enough to complete the transfer, and nothing more.

The wording that gets accepted

The rule that decides whether your sale POA works.

Most rejected POAs fail here. We prepare yours to clear it.

§Names the deed · money to you

Your sale POA must name the deed — and the money comes to you.

Dubai requires a Special POA that identifies the property and uses “sale of real estate” wording — vague POAs are rejected at the Trustee Centre, so we word yours to pass the first time. And the manager’s cheque must be in the title-deed owner’s name: your attorney can sign and register but cannot receive funds. Overseas? Open a UAE non-resident account before completion so the proceeds reach you.

Selling from abroad?

Most of our sellers complete the whole transaction without flying in. We handle it two ways and manage the Dubai side throughout.

Sign in your home country

We guide the attestation chain — notary → your country's MOFA → UAE embassy → MOFA in Dubai → Arabic translation — then your attorney completes the sale here.

Remote notarization by video

Where the law allows, your POA is notarized remotely by a licensed Dubai Notary Public over a secure video call, then issued with a verifiable QR.

Selling with a POA

Your sale questions, answered.

Dubai requires a Special POA that explicitly identifies the property and uses transaction-specific wording such as 'sale of real estate'. A vague or general POA is rejected at the Trustee Centre. We word yours to match your title deed exactly.

A specialist confirms the exact POA you need, the documents to provide, and your price — usually within hours.
